Continuing Education Hours
Connecticut requires that all resident agents must complete 24 hours of CE every two years. Three of these hours must be ethics related.
Continuing Education Compliance Date
Renewal date is determined by the original date of licensure. CE must be completed every two years to maintain active status. See the renewal schedule below for your specific renewal date:

Types of courses accepted for CE Credit
• Self-study
• Classroom study
• On line courses.
Course Subject Requirements
•Six hours must be within the license line held.
Carryover Requirements
Carryover of excess CE credit hours is NOT allowed.
Final Exam
Self-study final exams are required to be monitored by a disinterested third party.
Course Repetition
No course repetition is allowed.
